Defence Builder Accelerator partnered with and sponsored Wild Drones 2026 in Truskavets, Lviv Region — one of Ukraine's key events connecting drone developers with frontline operators.

Three companies from Defence Builder's Batch 3.0 cohort presented their solutions on-site: Wingtech (kamikaze and deep strike UAVs), UMP (unmanned ground vehicles), and Trident (autonomous precision strike). Over two days, the team held working conversations with frontline units, military training centres, Presidential Office representatives, and leading drone manufacturers — the direct end-users and decision-makers our founders are building for.

Wild Drones serves a dual purpose: alongside the tech programme, the event provides psychological rehabilitation for combat operators, giving those from the most intense sectors of the frontline time to recover, reconnect with comrades, and see their families. For Defence Builder, supporting this mission is inseparable from the technology work — effective defence tech depends on the people behind it.

The event was organised by the 93rd Mechanised Brigade "Kholodnyi Yar" and the "Dovzhyk" UAV School.
