Role description & who We are looking for
A motivated, detail-oriented OSINT analyst to produce accurate, high-quality open-source intelligence that supports informed decision-making. The role involves in-depth research on individuals, organizations and businesses, focusing on identification, ownership mapping, litigation and regulatory review, and reputational-risk evaluation. The ideal candidate combines investigative rigor with sound judgment, ethical awareness and a strong understanding of public-records systems across multiple jurisdictions.
Key responsibilities
conduct comprehensive OSINT research across publicly available sources to collect and validate information on individuals, companies and commercial activity;
validate findings through multi-source triangulation;
leverage corporate registries, litigation and market-regulation databases (U.S. and other jurisdictions);
analyze and synthesize data into concise, well-structured analytical reports;
collaborate with internal stakeholders on research objectives and timely delivery;
document methodologies, sources and verification steps for transparency and auditability;
ensure all activities meet ethical, legal and regulatory standards.
Requirements (must-have)
minimum 2 years in analytical roles (due diligence, threat assessment, corporate intelligence or investigative research), preferably in a professional OSINT or risk-advisory environment;
hands-on expertise with OSINT tools, databases and search methodologies;
strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;
proven ability to extract and interpret information from fragmented, multilingual or cross-jurisdictional sources, including litigation and corporate-registry databases;
professional English with strong research, writing and data-interpretation skills;
excellent written and verbal communication, including client-ready structured reports.
Nice-to-have
understanding of U.S. and international jurisdictions (public records, property registries, data-broker ecosystems);
experience with jurisdiction-specific systems for litigation, business registration and asset-ownership tracing;
familiarity with digital-forensic and enrichment tools for entity resolution and network mapping; practical OPSEC knowledge;
bachelor's degree in international relations, political science, data analytics, journalism or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary:
$2,000–$5,000 per month, depending on experience and skills
Form of engagement:
Employee or independent contractor (B2B / FOP) possible; FOP preferred.

3 months
